The consultation fee usually covers the history and a physical exam only; medication, lab work, imaging and surgery are charged on top. Night, emergency and referral slots usually cost more than daytime, so state the reason and the time when booking, and ask whether the fee is credited against same-day treatment. Rows are grouped by district and are not ranked: most of the spread comes from what each price includes, not from one clinic doing less.
