What to ask before booking

How are consult fees and night/holiday surcharges calculated? Is there a public list or written estimate?
Typical ranges for common labs/imaging — and is sedation/anaesthesia billed separately?
Do you take chronic/senior rechecks? Can we send records and a meds list ahead?
ER hours and referral path? Can non-urgent specialty visits be booked?
Are Rx diets / chronic meds dispensed on site or external only?
