What to ask before booking
- How are consult fees and night/holiday surcharges calculated? Is there a public list or written estimate?
- Typical ranges for common labs/imaging — and is sedation/anaesthesia billed separately?
- Do you take chronic/senior rechecks? Can we send records and a meds list ahead?
- ER hours and referral path? Can non-urgent specialty visits be booked?
- Are Rx diets / chronic meds dispensed on site or external only?
3 more questions
- Visiting rules for inpatients, billing cadence, and itemised receipts?
- Please confirm your exact address and door number — 8 or 87 San Shing Avenue (G/F)? Several vet clinics line this street; can you share a nearby landmark or entrance description?
- A third-party directory lists your services as medical, surgical and health-check care — are surgeries performed in-house, and can you provide a written pre-op estimate including anaesthesia/sedation?
