- Are Rx diets / chronic meds dispensed on site or external only?
- Visiting rules for inpatients, billing cadence, and itemised receipts?

- Companion-animal and exotic-pet services moved to the Chengzhong campus (151 Xinyi Rd, Pingtung City) in Sep 2025; large animals/wildlife remain at Neipu — confirm which campus to visit and check the monthly timetable for specialty slots.
- Some fees were adjusted from 1 Feb 2026 — can the hospital provide the current fee schedule or a written estimate at booking?
- Walk-in registration adds a NT$400 surcharge and waits until booked consults finish — how far ahead should specialty (ophthalmology, rehab, CT) visits be booked, and can records/referral forms be emailed to vmth@mail.npust.edu.tw first?
- Fasting is required on visit day (water OK) — what fasting window applies to young animals or special cases?
- As a teaching hospital, licensed vets lead consults with residents and students assisting — can they confirm who will attend and how students are involved?
