Terms of Service

Effective: 1 April 2026

Parties

These Terms are between you and Stormy Labs Limited (in process of incorporation under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong). Registered address: Room B, 5/F, Block 2, Ching Hing Industrial Building, 19-25 Fu Uk Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong.

Medical Disclaimer

The Pawssport is a pet health tracking tool, NOT a medical device. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, advice, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for matters relating to your pet's health.

Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • One account per user
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Subscription Terms

  • Monthly plan — $5.99 USD/month
  • Yearly plan — $59.99 USD/year (save ~17%)
  • Payment is processed via App Store or Google Play
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods (governed by App Store / Play Store refund policy)
  • Cancel via App Store / Play Store subscription settings

Free Plan

  • One pet
  • Basic features included
  • Data retained while account is active

Your Content

You own your pet health data. You grant Stormy Labs Limited a limited license to store and process it for service delivery. You grant a further limited license to use de-identified data for research if you opt in.

Prohibited Uses

  • No false data entry intended to harm others
  • No attempting to reverse-engineer or extract research data
  • No commercial use of outputs without permission

Intellectual Property

The Pawssport, 寵護里, app design, and codebase are property of Stormy Labs Limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Stormy Labs Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is." There is no warranty that the app will be error-free or that data will be accurate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. For users in Taiwan, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) also applies.

Changes to Terms

We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice at least 30 days in advance.
